• Led a team of 8 to produce a 3-minute 2D/stop motion hybrid short focused on a surreal job interview.

• Developed the visual style for pre-production, including environments and character design. 

• Created background style guides to ensure consistency across the team.

• Utilized composition and perspective skills to design engaging layouts that enhanced the emotional impact of the story.

• Brought backgrounds from start to finish, with a unique painting style and colour palette. 

• Facilitated constructive feedback sessions during weekly meetings, providing detailed written annotations and draw-overs.
